Eligibility for Returns - Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective,
or incorrect. - Requests must be raised within 4–5 business days of delivery. - Perishable items (like opened/consumed food products) are not eligible
for return.
How to Request a Return
1. Contact us at help.shop@priyagold.com with your order details and
photos of the product.
2. Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the next steps.
3. If approved, return the product to:

4. Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be
processed.
Refund Timeline - Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method
within 7–14 business days after approval. - In case of a replacement, we will dispatch the product once the return is
received and verified
